I know it is cliché to say, but “cooking is my passion.” Since I was a teenager, I’ve always had a natural flair for cooking; but, it's not enough to just be a “good” cook. I knew I had to set myself apart and leave my mark in the culinary industry by obtaining the formal knowledge, skill-set, and enhancing my talent in food preparation.

I perfected my culinary journey in 2016 at The Chef’s Academy in Morrisville, North Carolina where I was trained in basic cooking and pastry techniques, kitchen safety and sanitation, stocks and sauces, and meat and seafood fabrication and charcuterie. I am also proud to be trained in the techniques of Classical French cuisine.

I am gifted in the preparation of Southern cuisine. Coupled with my love for Italian cuisine, I have developed the panache for my take on Southern-Italian cuisine.

What sets me apart from my competitors, is my professional training by a team of culinary experts experienced in every aspect of hospitality.
